Find Your Plot

These plots have all been secured from our partners and have been inspected by the Plot team. Plot have also prepared the plots for building by securing a planning approval (outline or detailed) and carrying out some site preparation works.

Planning

All our plots have planning approval for a building. This is breaking down one of the most significant barriers to building. This does not preclude you applying to vary the design to be more suitable to your needs, something the Plot team can assist you in doing. However, it does give you comfort that the plot is suitable for building and indicates the type of development that will be approved by the local authority

Preparation

Plot are responsible for bringing in services (electric, gas and water) to the edge of each plot, completing any site ground works (levelling, demolition) and providing any ‘off plot’ works (new roads, sewers and street lighting). This reduces risk in the project by ensuring that there are no problems in the ground and that services are available.

Custom Building your home with Plot is therefore a far less riskier option than undertaking a self build project on your own where you may have to buy a plot without any planning approval or knowledge of what might lurk in the ground!

Time to search for your dream plot and achieve step 1 of your custom build project journey.
