Once you have chosen your building plot our team will guide you through the entire custom build journey. A package of services is included in the cost of each Plot and will be specific to each project. The team are also available to discuss any other specific requirements you may have.
Once you have customised the design of your home, dealt with any planning issues and arranged the finance you will be ready to build your home.
Plot will have agreed a price with a contractor on some plots already to build.
On these plots your Project Manager will agree any changes in build costs following the customisation of your home.
On others we will assist where we can to find a builder.
On some schemes you may be able to use your own builder or complete some of the internal works yourself.
Where your home forms part of a semi detached or terraced block you will have to build with the preferred builder as will your neighbours.
