Once you have chosen your building plot our team will guide you through the entire custom build journey. A package of services is included in the cost of each Plot and will be specific to each project. The team are also available to discuss any other specific requirements you may have.
One of the biggest advantages of customising your own home is that it will be designed to suit your needs and aspirations. Not everyone wants the same design and specification.
One of the biggest advantages to villages, towns and cities to having custom build schemes is the variety of architecture that they can deliver.
The Plot team employ a team of experienced Architects to develop designs for each of our Plots. This provides you with a feel for the style and size of project that is considered suitable for that location.
You will also be provided with a set of design parameters on each project that details what can and can’t be changed on each scheme. This gives you the comfort that what will be built next door whilst being different won’t be unsuitable for the location.
You may decide the current design is suitable for your needs. However, you might want to change and we can assist you in finding an architect that can complete these amendments and get the appropriate planning approval.
