Once you have chosen your building plot our team will guide you through the entire custom build journey. A package of services is included in the cost of each Plot and will be specific to each project. The team are also available to discuss any other specific requirements you may have.


Our plots all have either outline or detailed planning approval –

Outline Planning Approval – This gives approval to the principle of building a home on the plot of land and often sets parameters. Once outline approval has been granted a reserved matters application needs to be made to get approval to the detailed design of your home.

Full Planning Approval – On some of our sites a full planning approval will have been obtained. This gives an approval to a detailed design. Often we will have obtained a full planning approval on our more sensitive sites where the local authority want to know full details on the design of the proposed homes before they will approve. If for example the site is in a conservation area outline planning approvals are not allowed and therefore full planning approvals have to be obtained.

You may wish to alter the design of the building approved.
